Simply browse our collection, select your favourite jewellery pieces, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase securely through our website.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on most orders across India. COD availability may vary depending on your delivery location.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your city and pincode.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499. A small fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’re so sorry if that happens! Please share a photo of the damaged or incorrect item with us at Corridor24x7Store@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or resolve the issue immediately.
7. Can I return or exchange my jewellery?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
(Custom-made or sale items are not eligible for return.)
